Tiny German Kitchen- Ep. 2 Potato Croquette

The Second episode of my little cooking show:

As you can see near the end, my recipe didn't turn out as well this time as a previous attempt. Should have gone with no butter and hotter oil


  1. Man, now I want croquettes. But Japanese ones have breading on the outside. Nom nom nom. Well, I guess I will go fry some up! I may burn mine, but at least they stay in one piece ;P

  2. more camera angles please. Want to see whats in the pot man. use a nice veggie oil and make sure your dunking things are cold. that way they burst with a lighter texture. What beer am I supposed to serve with that>
